Maintenance on the PDF generation (v1 to v3) was performed on 12/28/2008 between 10:00 AM and Noon Pacific Standard Time. The maintenance caused an unexpected outage during that time which was resolved once the maintenance was complete. All systems are were restored to normal operating status.
