On 9/24/09 at 9:50 AM PDT our services experienced a network outage for less than ten minutes due to an internet service provider's outage. When the ISP outage began it took a few minutes for the network traffic to re-route around the disabled ISP. Since our services rely upon multiple upstream providers, this type of outage is rare and temporary when it occurs.
